WDRC's very own Dr Esther Fox is running online pilates sessions for riders.
These classes aim to target our balance, mobility, strength and stability.
The sessions are every Tuesday at 7pm for 6 weeks at only £30. If you can't make it at that time, you can have the recorded session sent to you!
Esther has very kindly given WDRC members their first session free! Another great reason to be a member of our lovely club.
